A few days before you birth your baby
* Braxton Hicks is a tightening and relaxing of the uterus.
* sometimes you get a clear mucous vaginal discharge. (this is normal)
* pack your labour bag and make sure you have petrol in your car.
* practise breathing exercises with your partner
* sit on your birth ball and roll it as you move keeping your feet firmly on the ground.
* healthy snacks for you and your partner are always a good idea.
* keep walking and have good exercise
* pack a t-shirt, shorts and flops for your partner as it gets hot in the hospital wards.
